Documentation Support

  • We help clients obtaining the certificates for customs clearance and product registration, enable clients to import no hassle.

Free Sale Certificate

  • Issued from country of origin of the product by the governmental authorities or recognized bodies, indicating that the product is freely sold in the country of origin.
  • Some countries may request it to be certified by the Chamber Of Commerce or legalized by the respective consulate.

COC (Certificate of Conformity)

  • Certificate of Conformity (COC) issued by an authorized Inspection and Certification Body. This document certifies that the goods are in compliance with the country’s technical regulations and standards, which is mandatory for customs clearance.

Health Certificate

  • Issued from country of origin of the product by the governmental authorities or recognized bodies, indicating that the product is safe for human being use.

CO (Certificate of Origin)

  • The Certificate of Origin of the People’s Republic of China (Certificate of Origin) is a document certifying that the origin of certain goods being exported is the People’s Republic of China. Some countries may request it to be certified by the Chamber Of Commerce or legalized by the respective consulate.

GSP Certificate of Origin– Form A

  • GSP Certificate of Origin Form A of the People’s Republic of China certifies that the product was manufactured in the People’s Republic of China or that the product last underwent a substantial change or modification in the People’s Republic of China. Products that come with the Form A must be covered by the Generalized Scheme of Preferences (GSP) program of a donor country. The following countries grant GSP preferential tariff to beneficiary developing countries: Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, Estonia, the European Union, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, the Russian Federation, Switzerland, Turkey and USA.

MSDS

  • A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is a document that relates to the specific hazardous substance(s) present in each product. It helps you to identify, assess and control risks associated with the use of the substance in your workplace.

GMP Certificate

  • A certificate generally issued to manufacturers by the international recognized bodies such as Intertek/SGS if they are in compliance with the:
  • -EU Guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practice of Cosmetic Products (GMPC), Council of Europe, 2008; or
  • -FDA Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice Guideline, US, 1992
  • The certificate needs to be reviewed every year base on the audit

COA(Certificate of Analysis)

  • Obtained from the manufacturing company of the product, providing all the necessary data regarding ingredients, chemical and physical properties of the product.

Ingredient List

  • Obtained from the manufacturing company of the product, ingredients of the product are listed in INCI (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient) in descending order of concentration with its properties and function.
